直流減速馬達的轉速方法
微型直流減速馬達的上端和(he)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源鏈接,下端和(he)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)動機鏈接,直(zhi)流(liu)調(diao)速(su)器將交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉化成兩路輸出直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源,一(yi)(yi)路輸入(ru)給直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)機礪磁(定子),一(yi)(yi)路輸入(ru)給直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)機電(dian)(dian)樞(轉子),這是其轉速(su)的基本原理。它(ta)的方(fang)法是:
微型(xing)直(zhi)流減速(su)馬(ma)達(da)是(shi)(shi)由一(yi)塊或多塊永磁(ci)(ci)體(ti)建立(li)磁(ci)(ci)場的直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),其性能與(yu)恒(heng)定(ding)勵磁(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的他勵直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)相似,可(ke)以由改(gai)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樞電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓來方(fang)便地調速(su)。想要微型(xing)減速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)轉速(su),一(yi)般通過(guo)改(gai)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)簡(jian)單的方(fang)法,即(ji)24伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓先經過(guo)一(yi)個滑動變(bian)阻器(qi)后再接到電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)即(ji)可(ke)。另外改(gai)變(bian)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)轉速(su)的方(fang)法還(huan)有兩個:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)改(gai)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓;二是(shi)(shi)改(gai)變(bian)勵磁(ci)(ci),如(ru)果是(shi)(shi)永磁(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),那么(me)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓還(huan)不(bu)能變(bian),因(yin)此是(shi)(shi)不(bu)能改(gai)變(bian)轉速(su)了。除非在電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)軸上加一(yi)些比較重負(fu)載,不(bu)過(guo)時間長會燒壞(huai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。
