智能電動牙刷的電機原理
電動(dong)(dong)(dong)牙(ya)(ya)刷(shua)是近幾年出(chu)現的新產品,在國外已掀起了(le)口腔(qiang)保(bao)健領域的一場革命。電動(dong)(dong)(dong)牙(ya)(ya)刷(shua)通過電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機芯的快(kuai)速旋(xuan)轉或震動(dong)(dong)(dong),使刷(shua)頭產生頻震動(dong)(dong)(dong),瞬間將牙(ya)(ya)膏分解成細微泡沫,深入清(qing)潔牙(ya)(ya)縫;與此同時,刷(shua)毛的顫動(dong)(dong)(dong)能促(cu)進口腔(qiang)的血(xue)液循環,對牙(ya)(ya)齦組織有按(an)摩效(xiao)果。
從原理上分,電動(dong)(dong)(dong)牙(ya)(ya)刷有(you)兩大(da)(da)(da)類(lei):旋(xuan)(xuan)轉與振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。旋(xuan)(xuan)轉類(lei)的(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)刷原理簡單,就(jiu)是電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)圓(yuan)形刷頭(tou)旋(xuan)(xuan)轉,在執行普(pu)通刷牙(ya)(ya)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作的(de)(de)同時(shi)加強摩擦效果,旋(xuan)(xuan)轉類(lei)的(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)刷噪(zao)音大(da)(da)(da),牙(ya)(ya)面(mian)清(qing)洗(xi)很干凈,牙(ya)(ya)縫清(qing)洗(xi)相(xiang)對較弱,但(dan)對牙(ya)(ya)齒磨損大(da)(da)(da),不建議(yi)長期使用。振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)類(lei)型的(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)刷更(geng)復雜,從價格上來看也(ye)更(geng)端。振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)類(lei)型的(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)刷內部(bu)有(you)一個(ge)電驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)電機(ji),能讓刷頭(tou)產生垂直于刷柄方向(xiang)的(de)(de)頻擺動(dong)(dong)(dong),但(dan)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)幅度很小。刷牙(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)時(shi)候一方面(mian)頻擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)刷頭(tou)能完成洗(xi)刷牙(ya)(ya)齒的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作,另一方面(mian)每分鐘的(de)(de)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)也(ye)讓口(kou)腔里的(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)膏和(he)水的(de)(de)混合物產生大(da)(da)(da)量微小的(de)(de)氣泡,氣泡爆裂(lie)時(shi)產生的(de)(de)壓(ya)力可以深入牙(ya)(ya)縫清(qing)潔污垢(gou)。
