如何控制步進電機加減速速度?
步進電機是(shi)一種應(ying)用(yong)非(fei)常廣泛的(de)(de)驅(qu)動電(dian)(dian)機(ji),步(bu)(bu)(bu)進電(dian)(dian)機(ji)是(shi)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)變為角位(wei)移或(huo)線位(wei)移的(de)(de)開環控制(zhi)元步(bu)(bu)(bu)進電(dian)(dian)機(ji)件(jian)。步(bu)(bu)(bu)進電(dian)(dian)機(ji)是(shi)將(jiang)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)化成為角位(wei)移或(huo)者(zhe)線位(wei)移的(de)(de),所(suo)以(yi)步(bu)(bu)(bu)進電(dian)(dian)機(ji)只(zhi)能夠由數字信(xin)號控制(zhi)運行(xing)的(de)(de),當脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)提供給驅(qu)動器時(shi),步(bu)(bu)(bu)進電(dian)(dian)機(ji)根據(ju)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)的(de)(de)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)動。
步進電機加減速(su)控制方法有如下幾種:
1.采(cai)用定(ding)時器(qi)中斷方式控(kong)制電機(ji)變速時,實(shi)際上是不斷改變定(ding)時器(qi)裝載值的大小(xiao)。
2.采(cai)用微機對(dui)步進電機進行加(jia)減速控制(zhi),實際上就是改(gai)變輸出脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)的時(shi)間(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)隔(ge),升(sheng)速時(shi)使(shi)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)串逐(zhu)漸加(jia)密(mi),減速時(shi)使(shi)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)串逐(zhu)漸稀疏。
3.單(dan)片機(ji)在控制電機(ji)加減速(su)的過程中,一般用離散方法逼(bi)(bi)近理想的升(sheng)降速(su)曲線(xian)。加減速(su)的斜(xie)率在直線(xian)加速(su)過程中,速(su)度不是連續(xu)變化,而是按分(fen)檔階段(duan)變化,為(wei)與要(yao)求的升(sheng)速(su)斜(xie)率相逼(bi)(bi)近,必(bi)須確定(ding)每(mei)個臺(tai)階上的運行時(shi)(shi)間(jian),時(shi)(shi)間(jian)Δt越小,升(sheng)速(su)越快,反之越慢。
4.步(bu)進電(dian)機(ji)減(jian)(jian)速,可以(yi)采用減(jian)(jian)速齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)來(lai)降低驅動輸出轉速,例如(ru)行(xing)星齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)、圓柱齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)、平行(xing)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)等,這種提(ti)升減(jian)(jian)速功能的驅動步(bu)進電(dian)機(ji),簡稱為步(bu)進減(jian)(jian)速電(dian)機(ji)。
