所謂短接制(zhi)動是(shi)指在剎(cha)車時能(neng)做到(dao)讓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)驅動MOS管(guan)上橋(qiao)臂(bei)(bei)(或者下(xia)橋(qiao)臂(bei)(bei))全部導(dao)通而(er)(er)下(xia)橋(qiao)臂(bei)(bei)(或者上橋(qiao)臂(bei)(bei))截止狀態(tai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)三相定(ding)子繞組(zu)(zu)全部被短接。處(chu)于發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),相當(dang)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源被短路(lu)。因為(wei)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻比較小,所以能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)很(hen)大(da)的(de)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)動能(neng)被快(kuai)速釋放(fang),從而(er)(er)使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)瞬時產(chan)生(sheng)大(da)的(de)制(zhi)動力(li)(li)矩,能(neng)夠達(da)到(dao)快(kuai)速剎(cha)車的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)速度越(yue),短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流越(yue)大(da),制(zhi)動力(li)(li)也越(yue)大(da)。但是(shi)必(bi)須(xu)考慮不能(neng)夠超(chao)過超(chao)過MOS管(guan)的(de)承受能(neng)力(li)(li),因此一般等待電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)速度降(jiang)低(di)到(dao)一定(ding)程度再使用短接制(zhi)動。
