直流無刷電機的優越性
直流無刷電機具有(you)(you)響應快速(su)(su)、較大的(de)(de)起動(dong)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)、從零轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)至額定轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)具備可提(ti)供額定轉(zhuan)矩(ju)的(de)(de)性(xing)能,但直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian)也(ye)正(zheng)是它的(de)(de)缺點(dian),因為直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機要產生額定負(fu)載下恒定轉(zhuan)矩(ju)的(de)(de)性(xing)能,這就要藉由(you)碳刷(shua)及整流子(zi)。碳刷(shua)及整流子(zi)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)機轉(zhuan)動(dong)時會(hui)產生火花、碳粉(fen)因此除(chu)了會(hui)造成組(zu)件損(sun)壞之外,使用(yong)場合也(ye)受到(dao)限制(zhi)。交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機沒有(you)(you)碳刷(shua)及整流子(zi),免維護、堅(jian)固(gu)、應用(yong)廣,但特(te)性(xing)上若要達到(dao)相當于直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)性(xing)能須用(yong)復雜控制(zhi)技術才能達到(dao)。現今半(ban)導體發展迅速(su)(su)功率組(zu)件切換頻率加快許多(duo),提(ti)升驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)性(xing)能。微處理機速(su)(su)度亦(yi)越來越快,可提(ti)升將交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機控制(zhi)置于一旋轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)兩(liang)軸直(zhi)交(jiao)坐標系統中,適當控制(zhi)交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機在兩(liang)軸電(dian)(dian)(dian)流分(fen)量,達到(dao)類(lei)似直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機控制(zhi)并有(you)(you)與直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機相當的(de)(de)性(xing)能。

此外已有很多微處理機將控制電機必需的功能做在芯片中,而且體積越來越小;像模擬/數字轉換器(推薦:兆威機電減(jian)(jian)速(su)器),脈沖寬度調制等。直(zhi)流無刷減(jian)(jian)速(su)電(dian)(dian)機即是(shi)以電(dian)(dian)子方式控制交流電(dian)(dian)機換相,得到類似直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)機特性(xing)又沒有直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)機機構上缺失的一種(zhong)應用。
