齒輪減速電機的電氣系統常見的故障有哪些

1.主(zhu)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)運(yun)轉(zhuan)不正(zheng)(zheng)常滑差電(dian)機(ji)(ji)在運(yun)轉(zhuan)過程中會劇(ju)烈振(zhen)動(dong),引起軸承(cheng)發熱。拆(chai)開離合器(qi)電(dian)樞與磁轉(zhuan)子,檢查(cha)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的軸承(cheng)是(shi)否(fou)嚴重(zhong)缺乏潤滑油(you)脂(zhi),而造(zao)成軸承(cheng)嚴重(zhong)磨損,電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)的運(yun)轉(zhuan)性能下降。此時需要更(geng)換已損壞的軸承(cheng),并加注(zhu)好(hao)潤滑油(you)脂(zhi)。正(zheng)(zheng)常情況(kuang)下,應對(dui)這部(bu)(bu)分(fen)機(ji)(ji)構的所有(you)部(bu)(bu)件進行(xing)一次清洗、加油(you),以主(zhu)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的正(zheng)(zheng)常運(yun)行(xing)。

4.主(zhu)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)運轉(zhuan)時噪聲(sheng)較(jiao)大為了(le)調整滑(hua)差電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng),其(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樞和磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子的(de)兩(liang)端分別(bie)裝有(you)(you)配重(zhong)裝置。如果這(zhe)部分裝置稍有(you)(you)松動(dong)(dong),那么(me)滑(hua)差電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)速動(dong)(dong)彈時就會偏離原釆的(de)位置。故(gu)障如果發生在(zai)主(zhu)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)外瑞面,就會造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樞和磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子的(de)局部摩擦(ca),使噪聲(sheng)加大。這(zhe)時就需要停機(ji)(ji)修(xiu)理,恢復電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樞和磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子的(de)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng),并重(zhong)新找好原動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)配重(zhong)的(de)位置并將其(qi)固定好,使主(zhu)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)正常運轉(zhuan)。
5.主驅動電(dian)機制(zhi)動電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)離(li)合器燒毀必須保(bao)持調速(su)電(dian)機制(zhi)動離(li)合器的磁(ci)(ci)軛、銜鐵(tie)、摩(mo)擦(ca)片等部位的清潔(jie),無(wu)油(you)(you)(you)污(wu)和雜(za)物。據知,無(wu)論電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件(jian),如果黏附上過多的紙毛(mao)、塵埃和金屬屑等雜(za)質,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時間一長,就等閑使電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件(jian)發熱、接觸(chu)不(bu)(bu)良,而且(qie)摩(mo)擦(ca)片中的這些雜(za)質加(jia)大了離(li)合器在不(bu)(bu)吸(xi)合上作(zuo)(zuo)時的摩(mo)擦(ca)負荷和損(sun)害。此(ci)時,電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件(jian)由于接觸(chu)不(bu)(bu)良而不(bu)(bu)吸(xi)合,使其溫度(du)升,制(zhi)動電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)離(li)合器線(xian)圈(quan)的絕(jue)緣便會過早受到損(sun)害,以致后被燒毀。因(yin)此(ci)要特別注意維護保(bao)養,定期(qi)用毛(mao)刷(shua)蘸汽油(you)(you)(you)刷(shua)洗摩(mo)擦(ca)片等部件(jian)上的油(you)(you)(you)污(wu)等雜(za)質,對調速(su)電(dian)機電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)柜內所有電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件(jian)上面的紙毛(mao)、灰塵等雜(za)質進(jin)行清理,以利于離(li)合器散熱通風,減少損(sun)耗,降低(di)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)溫度(du),延長電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件(jian)使用壽命。
