自動消除齒輪齒條側間隙的結構設計
齒輪齒條驅動中往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)存在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側(ce)(ce)間(jian)隙(xi),為驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)的雙(shuang)向(xiang)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)精度必須(xu)消(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)間(jian)隙(xi)。設計了(le)一種通過絲杠螺母機(ji)構(gou)(gou)軸(zhou)向(xiang)的相(xiang)對位(wei)移來(lai)帶動(dong)(dong)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪相(xiang)嚙合的兩(liang)個(ge)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao),使(shi)兩(liang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)出現一個(ge)軸(zhou)向(xiang)的相(xiang)對位(wei)移,即兩(liang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)錯齒(chi)(chi)(chi),使(shi)當量(liang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)厚增大,從(cong)而自動(dong)(dong)消(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側(ce)(ce)間(jian)隙(xi)的機(ji)構(gou)(gou)。該機(ji)構(gou)(gou)已(yi)成功(gong)應用于齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)的回轉工作臺(tai),結(jie)構(gou)(gou)簡單、驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)精度高、效果顯(xian)著。
? 在無間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)驅(qu)動(dong)的(de)數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)設(she)備及(ji)機器人領(ling)域,經(jing)常用到(dao)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條副驅(qu)動(dong)。但(dan)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條驅(qu)動(dong)過程中往(wang)往(wang)存(cun)在著齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側間(jian)(jian)隙(xi),影(ying)響(xiang)雙向驅(qu)動(dong)精(jing)度(du)。目前(qian)消除齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條機構(gou)(gou)的(de)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)通常采用的(de)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)是(shi)雙片薄齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)錯(cuo)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)調整(zheng)法(fa)(fa)。在該(gai)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)中,當齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條機構(gou)(gou)出現間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)時,通過彈(dan)簧的(de)拉(la)力(li)使兩片薄齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)相互錯(cuo)位。雖然該(gai)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)能夠(gou)自動(dong)消除間(jian)(jian)隙(xi),但(dan)由(you)于傳遞轉矩(ju)受到(dao)彈(dan)簧拉(la)力(li)的(de)限制(zhi),此類消除隙(xi)機構(gou)(gou)只能用在驅(qu)動(dong)負載較(jiao)(jiao)小的(de)場合。而且結構(gou)(gou)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)復雜、安裝(zhuang)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)困難(nan)。為了(le)改進(jin)目前(qian)的(de)自動(dong)消除隙(xi)機構(gou)(gou)所(suo)存(cun)在的(de)缺陷,設(she)計了(le)一種的(de)利用齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條錯(cuo)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)來自動(dong)消隙(xi)的(de)機構(gou)(gou)。
