自動消除齒輪齒條齒側間隙的機構設計
齒輪齒條穿洞中(zhong)往(wang)往(wang)存(cun)在齒(chi)(chi)側(ce)間隙,為了驅動(dong)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)的雙向(xiang)(xiang)驅動(dong)精(jing)度(du)必須消除間隙。設計了一種(zhong)通過(guo)絲杠螺(luo)母(mu)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)的相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)位移來帶(dai)動(dong)與齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)相(xiang)(xiang)嚙合的兩個(ge)齒(chi)(chi)條,使(shi)兩齒(chi)(chi)條出現一個(ge)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)的相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)位移,即(ji)兩齒(chi)(chi)條錯齒(chi)(chi),使(shi)當(dang)量齒(chi)(chi)厚增大,從而自動(dong)消除齒(chi)(chi)側(ce)間隙的機(ji)構(gou)(gou)。該(gai)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)已成功應用于齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)條驅動(dong)的回轉工(gong)作臺,結構(gou)(gou)簡單、驅動(dong)精(jing)度(du)高(gao)、效果顯著。
在(zai)(zai)無間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)數(shu)控機(ji)(ji)床設(she)備及機(ji)(ji)器人領(ling)域,經常用(yong)到(dao)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)副驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。但(dan)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)過程中(zhong)往(wang)往(wang)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著齒(chi)(chi)側間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi),影響雙(shuang)向(xiang)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)精度。目前(qian)消除齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)條(tiao)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)的(de)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)通常采(cai)用(yong)的(de)方法是(shi)雙(shuang)片(pian)薄齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)錯(cuo)齒(chi)(chi)調整法。在(zai)(zai)該方法中(zhong),當(dang)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)出現間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)時,通過彈(dan)簧的(de)拉力使兩片(pian)薄齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)相互錯(cuo)位。雖(sui)然(ran)該方法能夠(gou)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)消除間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi),但(dan)由于傳遞轉矩受到(dao)彈(dan)簧拉力的(de)限(xian)制,此類消隙(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)只能用(yong)在(zai)(zai)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)負載較小的(de)場合。而(er)且(qie)結構(gou)(gou)比較復(fu)雜、安裝比較困難。為(wei)了(le)改進目前(qian)的(de)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)消隙(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)的(de)缺陷,設(she)計了(le)一種的(de)利用(yong)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)錯(cuo)齒(chi)(chi)來自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)消隙(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)。
